This is a 1996 Ford Crown Victoria P71 Police Interceptor with 121,000 miles. I got this vehicle from a small town Police Dept.They purchased this vehicle in December of 1995 for $17,596.00. This is a one owner vehicle.Their vehicles are kept very nice and the only reason why they sold me this vehicle is because they got brand new 2010 Police Interceptors.I love this vehicle because it is hard to find this year vehicle in black and if you notice, the interior is not like that of a standard Crown Victoria P71 with vinyl seats in the rear and bucket seats in the front but instead this vehicle has the luxury soft cloth seats in the back and luxury cloth seats in the front with arm rests. Basically you are getting the best of both worlds; the luxury of a Crown Victoria LX combined with the power and durability of a Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. You will find this to be a great running and very smooth driving vehicle that has been highly maintained. This vehicle was serviced every 90 days and oil changed on a regular basis. The Kelley Blue Book Value on a used 1996 Crown Victoria with 121,000 miles without the Police Interceptor Package is $1750.00. But because this year and type of vehicle is hard to find and has the police package added to it, the book value increases and I have no problem asking for $1000 more which will make the asking price $2750.00 because Police Interceptors are well known for their durability and this car is a great example,it drives smooth and handles awesome! So your getting a steal at $2750.00 and a much lower reserve. This is an excellent running, driving and handling vehicle,it shifts great and have a 4.6 liter engine that is powerful and reliable. The P71 units are built like no other car with heavy duty seat frame, suspension and drive train. If you are looking for a durable vehicle this is it, these cars are built to last. The transmission is a four speed automatic overdrive. The mechanics are 100%. The vehicle has ice cold air conditioning and the heat works great. The tires are in good shape! The vehicle is quiet and is equipped with a stainless steel exhaust system. The engine compartment is clean as you can see and well taken care of,I don't believe in spraying down an engine to make it look like new to sell a car it takes away from the realness of this well maintained vehicle. If you want to drive over speed bumps fast,run up over curbs without damaging your car,go around corners doing 80 mph and look intimidating, this is it! These cars ride and drive outstanding. They handle excellent and have a lot of power,very,very fast and are very good on fuel mileage. The interior is well kept. The inside is very clean.The car is equipped with power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, air conditioning,stereo and more!!!! A very well equipped vehicle. You should see how clean this car is inside and out, it has some normal wear and tear and minor dents and dings but overall in excellent shape for a 96' P71 cruiser. A very straight well kept vehicle that you will be very pleased with.
