Vehicle Detail

1995 Corvette. Lt1 350, auto trans. As you can see, this was ditched pretty hard. Clean, clear title in my name. Engine runs strong, no noises, but shows no oil pressure. I believe it has a bad oil pressure sending unit. Has frame damage, looks like most of that is ahead of the front suspension. Car still runs and drives, but obviously only as a lot driver. Even the radiator still holds coolant and pressure. Seats are decent, better than aveage for what I see in these. The roof panel is missing. Pass side floor broken. No spare. Battery is so-so, but will start fine with a jump. 102,000 miles. I think this would fix nice or would be an awesome drivetrain for a hotrod project Will post more pics in a day or so, can take specific pics if needed. Car comes as is where is, any questions or to see car feel free to ask. Buyer will be reponsible for pickup or transport. Car is located in Saranac, mi. 48881. Need this paid for and picked up within two weeks of auction end unless arrangements are made ahead of time. Cash on pickup. Car is for sale locally, but once auction hits reserve it will sell through auction only. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. On Apr-30-10 at 12:11:07 PDT, seller added the following information: Pulled the hood today and checked the oil ressure sensor. Looks like the problem. This has the optional two piece sensor. Never gonna get a signal that way. Like I said before, motor runs strong, no weird noises. I am now sure it is just the broken sensor. Put the car up on a hoist and got some pics underneath, will post them tonight. Suspension all looks good, I don't see any evidence of damage on front or rear suspension. Rear brakes drag, car has been sitting for about a year. (Has been stored indoors) I will be posting a pic of the floor tonight too. Tailpipes need a little straightening, but exhaust looks in good shape other than that. Again, looking from underneath, frame damage appears to be ahead of front suspension. Pass side door post will probably take a small pull, I can't tell for sure. A good frame guy could probably pull the windshield pillar, but it would be a lot easier to section it. Again, any questions feel free to ask.On May-02-10 at 17:15:21 PDT, seller added the following information: Fired up the car and let it run up to operating temp a couple times. Cooling fans kick on but rub on something, may be broken, but control circuit operates fine. Does have a light lifter tick that seems to come and go, but car has set for a year plus, so that isn't real surprising. Also, checked the a/c, that still blows cold. This is a great car for the drivetrain for a hotrod project, but it would really be a great car to fix. I would consider this a pretty easy fix, it definately looks worse than it is.On May-03-10 at 23:27:15 PDT, seller added the following information: Air bags are not blown. Car will drive on and off a trailer just fine. On May-03-10 at 23:33:43 PDT, seller added the following information: Okay, we hit reserve, so unless I end up with a deadbeat high bidder, this will sell through this auction.
