Gorgeous and Well-Built 1964 DODGE DART GT Sleeper..this is NOT your Grandma's Dart, unless she has a SERIOUS Anger-Management Problem!! This Dart gets G.R.U.M.P.Y. !!! This car is a Rust-Free, Original Black-Plate California Car, with only 60, 281 Miles on it. The Motor and Drivetrain are NEW, from the Be-Cool Radiator to the Aluminized Dual Exhaust with Chrome Tips. The Motor is a 360 Block, Bored and Stroked to 408 cubic inches, with a LUNATI Hydraulic Roller Cam, .485 Lift PN#60711, Comp Cam Roller Rockers, EDELBROCK "Performer" Aluminum Heads, KEITH BLACK Pistons (flat top), CLEVITE Bearings, MSD "Blaster" Coil, High-Volume Oil Pump, Deep Sump Oil Pan (Protected by a Steel Skid Plate). EAGLE Cast Crankshaft, EDELBROCK AirGap Intake, Topped off by a 760 Speed DEMON Carb!! This DART puts out 435 Horsepower!! This car is EXTREMELY FAST and FUN, and Smokes the Tires At WILL at any speed up to 50 mph or so....All Engine Work was done by SPEED-O-MOTIVE here in Los Angeles, and they Did a FANTASTIC, BULLET-PROOF job!!! This car NEVER runs Hot, even in L.A.'s horrendous traffic, but has an electric fan with a switch mounted under the dash if you ever need it. Big BE-COOL Aluminum Radiator and Chrome Shroud Keep things just RIGHT. The Exhaust Runs out through HOOKER SuperComp Headers, Heat Wrapped Aluminized Pipe with"X" Pipe, Hooker Mufflers with Chrome Tips at the Rear Bumpers. GREAT Exhaust note, quiet at Idle, and DEEP and COMMANDING when you get on the Gas!! The transmission is a Pro-Built BOB MAZZOLINI 727, with a 2.92 Sure Grip Positraction 8-3/4" Rear End. Hooks Up Nicely, and Cruises at 2400 at 65 mph. The Push-Button Automatic Has been Converted to a B&M Star-Shifter on the Floor. The Suspension is PERFECTLY Set up by SIMPSON FRAME here in Los Angeles (Where Movie Stars and Working Class Stiffs alike bring their Classic Cars to get done RIGHT). It features a Rebuilt Front End with Polygraphite Bushings, KYB front shocks, 3-Way Adjustable Rear Shocks, and New Rear Leaf Springs. Gas tank has been re-conditoned. This Car is VERY STRAIGHT and Tight, and has Slotted front Disc Brakes, and Manual Steering. The Interior is mostly original with new Carpet and New Great-Looking Gold Bucket Seats. The arm rests and rear seat show some wear, but are still very presentable. SPORTCOMP Gauges. The car has a Fiberglass Lift-Off Hood that is very light, still has the Chrome Trim, and is secured by Chapman Pins in the front, and Zeus Fittings all the way around. The Glass is all Excellent and the Weather Stripping and Felts are Tight all the way around. The car does NOT Leak or rattle. Trunk Mounted Battery and Lots of Nice Spare Parts and Car Cover. IF you are looking for a Very Nicely Sorted Car, a "Sleeper" that looks Mellow, But can Surprise A LOT of Cars at Stoplights, or at the Strip after being Street Driven ALL DAY Long, then your search has ended. This a VERY Presentable Classic Mopar Car that can be driven daily, shown, and raced. It is FAST, FUN, RELIABLE, and has a KILLER Stereo with AM/FM/CD Player under the drivers seat!! This Awesome Sleeper has a Clean California Title, is for Sale Locally, and I reserve the right to end this listing at any time. PLEASE look at my Feedback. The cars I have sold on eBay have only Surprised the Buyers in ONE WAY= How NICE They ARE!!! This is an OUTSTANDING and FUN Car, and I hope it finds a Loving Home!! Thanks for Looking. Pete
