1991 Mercury Capri 4 cyl, auto., convertible VIN:6MPCT 01Z4M8612087- I have relisted ths car due to a bead beat bidder. Great little summer car...riding with the top down gets a lot of stares.. This car gets great mileage.30-35 MPG. Rare car only in production for 4 yrs. 87300 miles Auto Trans, AM-FM Cassette, NJ Inspection good till 8/2011. Car runs great. Will need exhaust and muffler soon. Tires good, Top good with two small tears in the usual spot in the rear corners as shown in pics. Small crinkle on right front fender. Recently replaced the ignition module and ECM (computer), Has power locks and dealer installed aftermarket cruise control that has been disconnected since I bought it and I never bothered to figure out the wiring. Rear seat folds down for additional storage, small tear in drivers seat upholstery but I have seat covers on both front seats. Sun cracks on dash-shown. The airbag lights keeps flashing- 9 times which according to the shop manual means a poor ground in one of the three front sensors. It never affected the operation or inspection so I ignored it .I have two other Capris so one has to go... no room left in the driveway.. Remeber it's 19 yrs old and sold as is no warranties.
