1976 Classic Ford Pinto, this beauty only has 36k original minles, purchased new in the elkhart area, car was driven litterally by an older lady to her work approx 5 miles away, she parked it when she turned 95 years old and it sat till her death, her son got it out of the estate did a little work to it and sold it to a man in fort wayne from which we bought it. The car if virtually rust free and has a lot of dealer goodies that make it truely one of a kind automobile. I try and list everything about the car as well as post a link to a ton of pictures as the pictures speak a thousand words 2.3 liter 4 cylinder engine Auto transmission power steering (not something i would have gotten but hey it adds to the uniqeness) dealer add on cruise, not working but all still there dealer add on AC that blows cold cold cold, see picture this is a classic unit that old ford guys really love to have virtually torn free interior, driver seat shows some wear, back seat is a time capsule, passenger seat as well dash has one tear in it, unheard of for a car of this vintage carpet is very good as well the body of this one is perfect, one little rust spot where the paint as come off, very easy to fix Car runs and drives true, still gets 25+ miles per gallon and a blast to drive around town just for the thumbs up original rims and hub caps original am radio, including the radio bezel uncut (try to find one of those) as a plus the recall was performed on this car for the gas tank issue The Bad has a slight oil leak, appears to be rear main Transmission pan gasket needs replaced the drivers side floor board under the seat is weak, it will need to be replaced (but for a 34 year old car from northwest indiana this is unheard of.) the only rust area to make this a cream puff the fuel gage doesnt work this truely will make a show peice its a time capsule on wheels, original down to the rims, you wont find one around here in a better shape 3500.00 or best offer, it is indeed worth that Call me 260-349-5822 to see this beauty On Apr-30-10 at 09:31:17 PDT, seller added the following information: Reserve is off on this car, it will sell to high bidder
