HERE WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL '86 MERCEDES BENZ 500 SL "EURO" VERSION FINISHED IN PEARL BLACK METALLIC OVER BLACK LEATHER UPHOLSTERY!

BEFORE GOING ANY FURTHER PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE CAR HAS AN ENGINE NOISE THAT IS BELIEVED TO BE SOMETHING RELATED TO ONE OR TWO OF THE HYDRAULIC LIFTERS. IT IS A CONSTANT TAPPING SOUND, LOUD ENOUGH TO HEAR AT IDLE, BUT SOMETHING YOU DON'T REALLY HEAR WHEN DRIVING THE CAR. THE CAR ACTUALLY RUNS OUT GREAT AND THE ISSUE DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE ANY EFFECT ON THE OPERATION OF THE CAR. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THERE, SO PLEASE TAKE NOTE. ONE OTHER ISSUE WITH THE CAR IS THAT THE BLOWER MOTOR FOR THE HEATER IS A BIT LOUD, IT WORKS FINE BUT IS LOUD...AND THAT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS IT!! NOW FOR ALL THE GOOD NEWS!!

THE BODY OF THIS SL IS IN FANTASTIC SHAPE!! THE PAINT IS BRIGHT AND CLEAN WITH A GREAT FINISH. THERE ARE NO DEFECTS ON THE CAR THAT IN ANY WAY DETRACT FROM THE OVERALL HANDSOME APPEARANCE AND VALUE OF THE CAR!! THE ALUMINUM ALLOY WHEELS ARE ALL IN GOOD SHAPE AND LOOK GREAT! THE CHROME EURO BUMPERS ARE FINE AND LOOK TERRIFIC!! THE SOFT TOP IS IN OVERALL VERY GOOD SHAPE WITH JUST ONE SMALL SPOT THAT WAS REPAIRED. THE PLASTIC WINDOWS ARE ALL FINE AND THE TOP IS TIGHT AND WEATHERPROOF! THE HARD TOP IS LIKE THE CAR ITSELF...EXCELLENT!! A VERY SHARP SL!!

THE INTERIOR IS IN OVERALL FINE CONDITION THROUGHOUT. THE LEATHER UPHOLSTERY IS ALL IN GOOD SHAPE, CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTABLE!! THE BURLWOOD TRIM IS BEAUTIFUL! VERY NICE AND A PLEASURE TO DRIVE!!
