2005 DODGE SPRINTER 3500 NO RESERVE!!! You are bidding on a 2005 Dodge Sprinter with NO RESERVE!! *** Please read the following: Here is the true and honest skinny on this van. I bought this van new from Brown Daub in Bath, Pa in April of 2005 for my business (handyman). I have used the van daily for the past 5 years, I love Sprinter vans they are big and economical but the truth is they dont like to be driven in the snow (well at least this one doesn't or maybe it's the way i drive in the snow). About 3 years ago I had to get the transmission and rear end replaced by the dealership after getting stuck on my driveway in the snow. So the tranny has only about 35K miles on it. Again this year I got stuck in the snow and again somehow managed to screw up the rear end (tranny is fine), the problem with this is that in my business a day out of commission is a day I'm not making money. New rear ends for this thing cost between $2500 and $4000 (Jasper being the highest). I can neither afford this or more importantly afford to not have a van while I wait for a good used one to come along. So to make a long story short I took my wife's Dodge Caravan for the business and financed a Ford E350 van for her (we have 5 kids and are probably adding more in the near future). So there we have it my beloved Sprinter is for sale, it runs and drives but like I said has issues with the rear end (makes a ticking noise sometimes), my mechanic says one pin back there is broken and one is bent but stuck in place. I dont care about the other small defects on the van but you may so here they are: There are various dings/dents Drivers side door handle had broken inside therefore I have to crawl over the passenger seat to get in Side door opens from inside but not from outside Tires are decent but not new Interior is scuffed but somewhat intact (except for some holes in plastic wall lining in rear where my snowblowers rolled through it) Good things about van: Oil/fluids always changed at appropriate times Just passed Pa emmissions and mechanical inspection Engine is great and economical It is a solid dually Interior cab area is decent looking and has had seat covers on from day 1 Lots of load room in back Has a bulkhead and door seperation between cab and load space Undercarriage is in good shape but little or no rust No chipped windshield This has a clear title and I am the only owner it has had ***Terms of payment: All inspections must be done 48 hours before auction ends I would reccommend flatbedding this thing if you are going more than 50 miles with it (just in case) $250 non-refundable deposit is due by paypal within 12 hours of auction ending (this is a must otherwise I will sell it to the next highest bidder after 12 hours) Balance is due upon pickup of vehicle and must be paid in cash only (bank checks can be used only if you want me to hold vehicle until the check has fully cleared my bank (10-14 days) Van must be picked up within 3 days of auction ending We are located in Allentown, Pa 18103 if you want to come see/drive it My phone number is 610 434 6400 if you have any questions. please dont send any messages through ebay, I never get to them.
