This auction is for a 1972 MGB chrome bumper model. The engine runs good, but you cannot drive the car home. It has to be picked up by truck or trailer. The brakes need repair and are not roadworthy. The radiator has a small leak and needs to be repaired as well. The body is mostly rust free with few little exceptions. Mainly on the passenger side is some rust in the lower fender section and in the lower quarter panel section below the chrome moulding and before the wheel well ( looks like some old repair job). Original color was dark blue. The interior needs upholstery work and the dash cover has cracks. Door panels have holes from speakers and the convertible top is missing, including the frame. The trunk lid has a little kink from not using the holding mechanism properly. Both batteries are dead, with a jumper it starts of course! The windshield has a crack and the ignition lock doesnt work, no key. The steering column covers are there, just taken off for the ignition lock (the electrical part works). This car sells with a clear California Title! Please look very closely at the super size pictures to get an idea about the cars condition. Winning bidder has to pay within 7 days after auction end.
