NO RESERVE THIS CAR WILL SELL!!!!!!!!! 1976 Buick Electra (Limited) This is the longest sedan GM ever produced to this day, 233 inches front to back Drivetrain is a 4brl. Rochester carb on a 455 Big Block with a turbo 400 (trans is new as of 3/4/10 100% rebuilt by a reputable performance shop, new torque converter with a 1500 rpm stall was also installed at this time) producing 205 HP, 345 lb.ft. torque, with the rear axle being a 12 bolt c-clip style 2.56:1 ratio Interior: Everything works as it should, the driver side rear door lock sticks 1 outta 20 times when you electronically unlock it but always pops by hand, the carpet is thin in spots and showing its age in others, no rips or tears in the blue coudouroy seats, the headliner does not sag, the dashboard is not cracked in the middle near the speaker like many do, AM/FM 8track player still works Exterior: appears to have 1 repaint somewhere in the 1980's i'd guess, its a good job with no runs or crazy orange peel but is still a repaint, the passenger front door has a dent where a semi tire fell over into the car while it was in storage, its not that bad but definetly worth mentioning, i've had a repair estimate at $200, the drivers lower quarter has bubbles of rust but i've inspected it from inside the trunk and there is no holes through nor is there any rust repair with bondo previously, the rockers and lower fenders on this car are all solid and dry, the floor pans are all still undercoated top and bottom, the viynl top is overall in good shape, there is NO rust under this top it is smooth and tight everywhere with the exception of the very back window has dried and has some check marks NO RUST UNDER THE TOP!! the tail light extensions are fiberglass and aftermarket while the bumper filler piece under the fuel door/license plate has deteriorated and is coming apart, the car is 34 years old and not perfect but a solid 8 out of 10 the rims are 20" MOB Pay-Day wheels with brand new Goodyear GTS's on the rear and Falken directional tread patterns on the front, all tires are Z rated and ultra low profile, i have original hub caps to go with the car if need be the trailer hitch installed is massive, it is a dealer installed reese hitch that welds on under the car and bolts to the rear bumper, i can remove this prior to pick up if winning bidder wishes i have all nessessary paperwork in hand, clear and ready for pick up (i also have a NOS buick owners manual that is included in plastic as well) In the last 3 months i've installed brand new calipers, rotors, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, backing plates, hoses and all hardware, water pump, fuel pump and all fluid and filters, as well as the new performance transmission previously stated, this is a great cruiser with good miles and mechanically sound. The car will also include front and rear white LEATHER seats pulled from a 76 Park Avenue, it is a direct bolt in swap and the leather front seat is power as well.
