Non paying buyers may also receive a negative mark from eBay so eBay will refund us for the ad. Balance is to be paid by check, cash or wire transfer only. Please send us your name and phone number directly through eBay so we can work out the paperwork and delivery after deposit has been made. We charge $135 for paperwork and title transfer (title fee is $15), and 45 day tags are available for $18.50. We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer is responsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’s the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car. If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final. Thank you for looking at our 2006 Cadillac DTS 4-door. The car is dark charcoal in color with a light gray matching leather interior. The car looks good, just a great color combination. It has a power sunroof that works correctly, and AM/FM with navigation that works perfect. All options on the car work correctly. The leather, as you can see in the pictures, is really nice. We believe the body is in great condition for its age. The tires on the car look like new. All tires are in good shape. We believe the spare tire was never down. The underneath of the vehicle has very minor flaking, less flaking than normal for a Cleveland car. The brakes are to the top, the exhaust is quiet and it shifts exactly the way it should. It's a pleasure to drive and be in.
