I've decided to sell my SV, which I purchased new back in 2005. Myself and my brother have been the only owners of this motorcycle. It's recently started to shut off during driving at times when I'm slowing down on the throttle and then has trouble cranking again after it does that. It's likely a fixable problem that wouldn't be a big deal, since I've never had trouble with it at any time before. Rather than looking into having it repaired, I've decided to sell it since I don't drive it much anymore anyway. I'm an honest person and will report any issues with the bike that I know of. The only issue in bike operation was the one I just mentioned. As you can see in the photos, the seats have damaged areas on the upholstery. This is only on the outside, they do sit in place just fine. The main seat is missing two bolts that help hold it on the sides. It still rides fine without the bolts, but may be something to look into getting. The tires are in good shape with plenty of tread left. The rear tire is only a few months old and has very few miles on it. The front one was put on there probably about a year ago. They're both Continental brand tires.
