This would be a great project to restore or modify.. I just do not have the time to spend on it to many other projects.. I did manage to replace tires, did a valve job, replaced updraft carb. when I had it running it did not smoke..There is no Title but will supply bill of sale.As with any old car it is being sold as is were is no guaranteesAsk questions if you need to...
