Up for sale 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic with only 10,311 miles. This Well-Known C300 was totaled out by the insurance after the engine stalled while driving through some water on the road. We got it into our shop, raised it up on the lift and after removing the engine oil pan saw that it had a broken connecting rod. Apparently while the owner was driving... through the water it splashed up into the engine air intake. The piston couldn't compress the water so it broke the connecting rod. We fully repaired the car using original Mercedes parts and after a through test drive are pleased to report that this Reliable C300 runs & drives smoothly, is mechanically sound, and has no dash warning lights on. We are selling this car with the engine problem,it still runs and drives but it will need bottom end engine repairs or an engine replacement.
