Vehicle Description Hello and thanks for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I...  am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the nearly 80 photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic Wagon. I would rate the exterior of this E350 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a beautiful wagon. It is finished in Iridium Silver over Black leather interior, which is a good color combination. The silver finish shines nicely and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this E350. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and moldings are present and show well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The optional factory xenon HID headlights do an excellent job at lighting up the night road. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in a matching set of Pirelli tires with average tread all around. This E350 also comes with factory optional adjustable roof racks. The only thing I can see on the exterior that you'll need to address is the license plate mountings...which is just about the only down side to buying a ONE OWNER Mercedes-Benz. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this E350 Wagon came in. How you see it is how I got it. I bought it, drove it 80 miles, left it out in the rain and then pulled it right in and took these pictures. Many dealers spend all day shining up their cars to make them look their best...not me. I pick clean cars that stand up tall on their own. I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes E350 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. Both front seats are power operated and heated. The leather seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear throughout the interior. The power windows, locks, mirrors, seats and sunroof all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. There are steering wheel audio controls, too. This E350 also has the optional factory back-up camera, which works properly. The climate control system is fully automatic and offers independent temperature settings for both the driver and passenger. It is too cold to confirm that the air conditioner is cooling effectively but I can tell you that the heater works great. The cargo area is spacious and clean. The original cargo cover and cargo partition are included. This E350 4Matic also has the optional 3rd row seat and power rear liftgate. This is a very well optioned Merc. She comes with two master keys and two keys to the factory roof rack locks. Pride in ownership shows throughout this E350. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this E350 appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.5L V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. The check engine light is on for a system too rich code...so she lets out a little puff of fuel when you first start it, but is normal after that. I didn't notice any leaks. Her road manners are excellent. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The suspension stays high with zero issues. The V6 keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. This wagon is a true pleasure to drive. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4Matic AWD system is tested and working properly.
