Please send us your name and phone number directly through eBay so we can work out the paperwork and delivery after deposit has been made. We charge $135 for paperwork and title transfer (title fee is $15), and 45 day tags are available for $18.50. We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer is responsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’s the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car. If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on it because they now own the car. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 970-300-1020. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final. We're offering for sale a really nice 1999 BMW 323i Convertible. This car has 5 speed transmission, ice cold air conditioning and it's all power. The convertible top is in nice shape and works correctly. The car only has 115K actual miles and a clean title. It starts, runs and drives 100%. The inside shows very little wear and tear. It's really nice. The body of the car looks great. There are a few bubbles around the car I did not get fixed because I didn't want to hide anything. The underneath of the vehicle, outside of a little bit of flaking is all 100% solid, frame and floors. If you're looking for a little sports car that has a lot of pep that's good on gas that's easy to drive and park, then we know you're really going to like this one. Just be the last highest bidder when the auction is over and you'll have won yourself a really nice little car. If you don't have at least 10 buyer feedback in the last year, please call me before you bid or I will remove your bid because I'm getting too many non paying bidders and people that open new accounts that don't really exist that are bidding on my vehicles and other people's vehicles too.
