My Dad bought this from the original owner in about 1981. He had it re-painted, rebuilt the motor, and simply did some clean up. It had no rust or body damage of any kind. Currently the mileage is at about 69K. It is a 351 Cleveland, 4V, 4 speed car. It is not the original engine but it is a 1970 4V. Trans is original as far as I know. Rear axle is a 9 inch with 4:11 posi. The interior is all original and very good condition. The car currently runs and drives fine. When I got it a few years ago, I had to make a few repairs. The brake system is completely repaired/replaced including steel lines. Also the fuel system was replaced with new tank, sender, lines, pump, carb rebuilt. Right now all it could use is a new set of tires. While it’s not perfect, it still shows very well. There is no problem taking it out as is and having fun. Or for someone looking to do a full blown restoration, you’d have a hard time finding a more solid starting point. I'll get some of the front underside as well. Also, a couple things I forgot to mention. The 4:11 gear is something I put in. I do have the original 9 inch pig complete with I believe a 3:00 gear, non posi. Buyer can have it if you want. Also I did install headers with full new dual exhaust. Again I do have the manifolds, but they are not in great shape but if the buyer wants them they can go too. As of this writing, ebay says it will be notifying everyone, but basically the bid needs to increase by 1 dollar and the reserve is gone.
