Runs really well, cold A/C! Perfect for a contractor or camper van build. We purchased this vehicle with the intent of renovating it into a camper van, but we'll be moving soon for a new career opportunity, so we've decided to postpone this dream of ours. It's a fantastic van that we've already invested a lot into as far as maintenance is concerned; we wanted to make sure we had a solid foundation before we started on the interior. There is some minor surface rust that is very mild for this make, model, and year of vehicle. We purchased it from PA where they do not salt the roads. The floor was covered with a rubber material which we removed in order to prevent moisture buildup and further rust. This can be replaced easily by purchasing a new pre-cut floor with very easy installation. This vehicle had one owner before we purchased it in January 2018. We have the Carfax history as well as all our maintenance records. This van would be perfect for contractors or a camper conversion.
