My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 60+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1993 Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep Wrangler needs no introduction so I'll get right to it. I would rate the exterior of this Jeep to be in BELOW AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Overall, this Jeep isn't too hateful considering how old it is. It is finished in white with a black top and gray interior. The paint doesn't really shine too much, but it looks the part. There are spots of rust on the body here and there, specifically the fender bottoms and rockers as well as a few bubbles under the paint around the windshield frame...nothing unusual. The body lines are all nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The steel wheels show well and are wrapped in a nice set of 31's with good tread all around. As you can see, this Jeep comes with a bikini top. I managed to get the soft top up and on but I'm not sure if I did it right, or if the top itself is even right. It looks like one of the pieces that forms the driver's door frame is damaged. Additionally, I couldn't get the rear window secured. Jeep Wranglers aren't really my thing. The top is there. It's up, it's on...but it's probably not right. How you see it is how you get it. I would rate the interior of this Wrangler to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you should expect, the interior is pretty bare bones. The carpets are all present and show well for their age. The dash and clean and not all cracked up. All of the gauges appear to be working. The seats show well for their age. The roll bar pads show some age, which is acceptable. The heater works well. The original radio has been upgraded with an aftermarket CD player, which I haven't touched. The original owner's book is included. Mechanically, this Jeep appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 2.5L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The engine keeps good oil pressure and proper temperature. She feels strong for a four banger. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel okay. Her road manners are okay for an old Jeep. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the five speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. The synchronizers are weak. Gear changes into 2nd, 3rd and 4th scratch. If you're careful, it's not too bad. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. I haven't had it out on an actual highway, but I did manage to get it up to 60 on a straight stretch of back road and she felt okay. Obviously, this isn't a highway vehicle so don't expect to cruise at 80 in complete comfort. If you're looking for a fun little truck, this Wrangler looks to be ready for pretty much anything the earth can throw at you. Our preferred payment method is Cash in Person. For those customers who plan to have their vehicle shipped or cannot make it in person within 7 days, you may also pay for your vehicle by Certified Check or Bank-To-Bank Wire Transfer. If paying by Bank Check or Bank Wire Transfer, funds must clear before your vehicle is available for release. We Do Not Accept PayPal or Credit Cards...at all...period. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle. This fee helps us isolate a few of our fixed, per transaction expenses in a way that is fair to everyone. The winning bidder is responsible for paying all required fees to their respective state of origin. We are a PennDOT issuing agent and are happy to provide low cost title / tag services to Pennsylvania Residents. *For Out-Of-State Residents, we offer a PennDOT 30 day In-Transit Tag to legally drive your vehicle to your home state.
