1988 PORSCHE 944 TURBO S1 OF 715 USA cars / 1 of 63 in whiteThe 944 turbo S was released in 1988 as a 1 year limited edition street car based upon the factory race cars that raced the turbo Cup Series in Europe. Most were produced in a unique Silver Rose color, but there were limited number reduced from the model year color palette...this is 1 of only 63 in (Alpine)White.Performance was neck and neck 0-60 with the 930 turbo, but had a higher top speed, and produced faster lap times with its special brake and suspension package.-It’s starts with a reinforced/gussetted turbo Cup car chassis-Large 928S4 brakes-Special turbo S M030 suspension with adjustable collars and larger sway bars.-Turbo S manual 5 speed with external oil cooler + hardened 1st and 2nd Gears.-Limited Slip rear differential-952 motor with larger turbo and boost specs -interior upgrades, including slit rear seat and premium sound system-this car was ordered with factory PORSCHE SPORT SEATS I have all maint. records since day onewindow stickerCert. of Authenticity from PorscheOwners manuals with turbo S insertdealer brochures, color charts, dealer directoryService book insert pages for turbo SThe car has been authenticated and given a COA by Porsche.
