***SELLING AT NO RESERVE!!!!!*** This stunning 1965 Corvette coupe is in its very desirable trim tag correct Nassau Blue exterior with a white/blue interior and the highly desireable and rare 365HP engine option. Its past two owners were both NCRS members and have owned it for a combined 30 years! So this is first time that its being let out of captivity since 1988! It starts, runs, turns and stops fantastically and with absolutely no drama, no unusual noises, and no smoke. It needs absolutely nothing, it's ready to be driven, judged at an NCRS meet, or just flat out enjoyed on the open road. It's a numbers matching car.....everything is as it should be, except for the newer radial type white wall tires for much better driveability and safety. The paint is gorgeous as is the chrome and all of the stainless trim. Glass is clear throughout with no cracks. Windows roll up and down with ease, and all of the electrical components work (with the exception of the clock) as they should, even the power antenna! The tires are like new, the interior is as clean as a surgical suite! The transmission shifts smoothly and the engine pulls very strong. Braking is strong and straight, as is the steering. It comes with a binder filled with service receipts and other notes from the previous ownership back to 1988. For those into numbers, here are the vitals; Block stamp pad - 5109523 FO129HH Decoding is as follows; 5 - 1965 - year produced109523 - vin sequence number / production - matching numbers to VINF - Flint, Michigan - engine production location0129 - engine built January, 29thHH - correct code for RPO L-76 327ci/365hp with manual transmission, no air conditioning and no transistor ignition.
