We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer is responsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). We believe all options on it do work, including the navigation, power sunroof and ice cold air. The tires, brakes, front end, engine and transmission really seem to be in good working order. We believe all options on this car do work. The body is really clean with a couple of touch ups. The interior is in great shape for the mileage with a little rip on the driver's seat as seen in the pictures. Underneath the vehicle there is some flaking, but it's still in great shape for a Cleveland car. When we put these cars up for auction, we try to describe them as best we can.
