Vehicle Description Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honeslty to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2001 GMC Jimmy SLT 4x4 with just 135k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this GMC to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking SUV. It is finished in Black and Gray two tone over matching black leather interior, which looks good. The black finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. As with any older vehicle, please expect to find a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find anything worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this truck. The body lines are all nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a matching set of rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this Jimmy SLT came in. I would also rate the interior of this Jimmy SLT to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The leather trimmed seats are clean, comfortable and show minimal wear for their age. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The audio system is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Rear passenger room is generous. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this well optioned GMC. Mechanically, this Jimmy appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 4.3L Vortec V6 starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The ABS light stays on. The V6 engine makes good power and feels strong. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. If you're looking for a clean 4x4 SUV that hasn't been all used up, this 135k mile Jimmy SLT deserves a close look.
