SHOW CAR. BELONGS IN A SKATE OR SURF OR FASHION STOREFRONT WINDOW. Rare and amazing 1973 Super Beetle Zombie Attack - Ready Show Car. This is a high dollar build by someone of skating acclaim who commissioned thousands of hours of work to bring this to the level that you see today. Where to begin? Too many upgrades to the engine. Electronics galore. CD/DVD player. Over $2k in stereo equipment. Over $3k in lights, light-bar, roofrack, TVs and related. $$$ in suspension work including hydraulic air stiffener, external carburetor, external transmission cooler (!) with cooling plate for safety, upgraded disc brakes all around, skate bearings for window openers, LED lights everywhere, police radio, radar built-in, racing tachometer, hurst shifter, racing seats and harnesses, very sturdy bumpers built into the frame, and the list goes on! I am still figuring out all the tricks she can do! Racing steering wheel replaced with a stock VW Super Beetle wheel as I liked that look better, but racing wheel comes with the car, too. You will never see another one like this. Chrome is in near-perfect condition. Paint is done zombie-style, deliberately beveled. Metal trim. Push button start and racing car kill switch. This is not your average VW, nor for those who are afraid of LOTS OF ATTENTION. Selling for a fraction of the build cost. This is an AZ car originally which means no rust. Plastic plugs over show lugs for protection on wheels. Add this to your living room or collection! The good: pan is dry, no rust, amazing roof rack. high dollar electronics. Seriously too much to even begin to describe above. Depending on the price I could include or not include the jack and related items that are not original to the car. The bad: slammed and murdered out paint job, too much aftermarket engine racing equipment for my liking. I would recommend bringing partially back to stock, adding the metal heatshield around the engine bay and replacing the steering / torsion bar with one that is stiffer.
