1967-68 BRITISH RACING GREEN LOTUS ELAN DHC for restoration. This car has been my baby for 12 years. I have spent an inordinate amount of money on this restoration..... around $40,000. Unfortunately I have been fighting back (spinal) issues and have undergone several operations and now I have to undergo another surgery in the very near future. My weakened condition has made me decide to sell this project as I can no longer lift heavy objects like engines or transmissions.I have 90% of the parts necessary to finish the car. The body was restored by the Fiberglass Body Shop in Hawthorne CA (7,500.00). John Kouba of LOTUS WESTrebuilt the transmission. Kelly's Machine Shop put the motor together. The chassis has had all the AVO improvements and other improvements. I have traveled the world obtaining the best parts possible from reputable Lotus parts dealers. If you want I will post more pictures. I have others that are interested, so bring it on.......
