I received an email from Tesla last week (June 27) with subject "Your Model 3 is Ready to Order." And "Design and order your Model 3 today for delivery in as soon as 2–4 months." This is your chance to skip the line, and have your custom-built Model 3 Performance projected to be delivered to you between September and November this year. You will be able to choose exterior and interior color, performance level, auto-pilot options and wheel size. Your cost here will include the $1,000 deposit. Upon completion of the auction (full payment for listing price), I'll provide account access and transfer the reservation to your name, at which point you'll go through the process to complete the purchase with Tesla directly on your own.
