THE BIKE HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND CAN BE OPERATED ON PUBLIC ROADS.IT IS NOW IN ITS perfect factory like condition, obviously used bike, brand new rear tire, two brothers carbon exhaust, fresh oil. *!READY TO RIDE AND ENJOY SUMMER!* NO ISSUES WHAT-SO-EVER. I always combine /reduce shipping cost only if you win multiple items that can fit into the same box. All items are shipped out within 48 hours of receiving payment unless its on a weekend or holiday and tracking #'s are provided upon request unless its shipped out FEDEX then you will be emailed tracking info. I ship USPS and FEDEX depending on the weight and the size of the box. Some items may be disassembled or shipped without original box for shipping. Returns: If the item you receive is not as described, damaged more than described, or the wrong part completely, I will refund 100% of the price you paid for the item, not including shipping. I have never had an item returned due to these circumstances and I do not expect to have any returned. I describe the item as best as I can, and try to get the best pictures possible.
