For auction is my 2005 BMW R 1200 GS. It is in excellent condition with a bit over 27,000 miles. I use adjectives like “excellent” or “mint” condition very sparingly in my descriptions. But if you did not know otherwise you would swear this machine had 1,000 miles on it. I purchased it from the original owner who took meticulous care of this bike. I have a log of every date and mileage point when each of the fluids were changed. It was frequent and with high quality products. Also have receipts from all factory recall campaigns such as the fuel pump. I purchased it due to my bad cervical spine and disc problems that were keeping me off of my HP2 sport. As usual, I still worked a 60-80 hour work week and this machine has been sitting in my garage on a trickle charger with my other bikes and cars. I’ve accepted an academic post in another state and I am selling this and 6 other bikes and several cars as I cannot take them with me. These bikes need to be ridden, as opposed to sitting here on a trickle charger gathering dust. I have been on eBay for many years and have great feedback and represent things as they are.
