The chassis and mechanical was done about 7,000 miles ago and is fully sorted and ready to drive. Paint, interior and chrome is less than 1 year old. Truck is equipped with a Ford Motorsports 5.0 302 with a Holley 4 bbl., ceramic coated headers and fully welded Flowmaster dual exhaust, Flame Thrower Electronic Ignition, March pulley system, sounds and runs like a dream. The transmission is a Ford AOD that has been rebuilt, Lokar shifter and shifts perfectly as it should. Rear is a bullet proof Ford 9". A lot of people put Chevy drive trains in because they're cheaper, but this truck is all Ford! Suspension, steering & brakes: Front is Heidt's weld in Mustang II type independent front suspension with tubular control arms, steering is Power rack & pinion, rear suspension is TCP parallel 4 link with adjustable coil overs, brakes are Power 4 wheel disc with drilled rotors. Wheels are new Rocket Racing Booster Grey 18x9 rear and 17x8 front, tires are Goodyear Assurance radials. The body is all Ford Steel except for the aftermarket hood, rust free body was stripped to bare metal, sealed, primed and blocked until laser straight, then sprayed with PPG base/clear, color sanded and buffed to a mirror like finish. New chrome bumpers tucked in. No Limit Engineering Tilt Hood, New weather stripping, chrome and emblems. New Red Oak bed professionally finished by an old school furniture maker with stainless strips. 20 gallon aluminum gas tank mounted between the rails. All new wiring front to back. Interior is 2010 Mustang Power adjustable bucket seats (I do have the headrests), with custom panels covered with matching material. Flaming River Tilt Wheel, and a very nice set if Auto Meter gauges. These trucks are all the rage now. Don't let this black beauty pass you by.
