1978 ford bronco that I chased and tried to buy for 15 years It's a 2 owner truck that still has its 1979 title to represent it. Truck has been garage kept since 1979 Was ordered with factory air, factory CB (still working) factory cruise control (still working flawlessly) sliding rear top windows that haven't been opened since 1978 (if ever) center console delete (there isn't a single hole in the beautiful carpet where there was ever a console) had the 6.6L 400ci motor runs great, C6 auto trans that shifts flawlessly , NP205 transfer case that works perfect in all ranges and still spotting the factory licking hubs that work just as they were meant to. Interior looks like new the drivers seat at the seam between the cloth and vinyl has a small rip at the seam (easy fix at a good interior shop) carpets still look and smell new, rear top had never been off and according to the 2nd owner have never been opened. Rear glass functions flawlessly with the key or the interior switch, the flip fold rear bench is in like new condition, the rear quarter panels inside are the best I've ever seen (missing drivers side ash tray due to the factory CB option) truck has never been smoked in since new, never used for a hunting or work truck and has been well cared for its entire life. Keep in mind the paint is 40 years old still looks great but this is not a restored truck nor is it perfect. The original pin stripe is showing its age and the blue paint is thin in some areas. Tires are 35x12.5x15 on stock ford rims. I rebuilt the original rear window motor a few months ago, works perfectly and there wasn't a spec of rust inside the rear gate I blew it out inside and made sure both drain holes were open. It still has the original engine, trans etc. there is a small dent in the grill shell where a tree limb fell on the hood when it was about 8 months old. Hood was replaced at ford dealership and repainted. Other than that all paint, body panels trim etc is as it left factory. Please be realistic knowing its 40 year old paint. This truck was built in 12-77 so it's a very early production truck.
