Vehicle Detail

This is a true Survivor Scout. It's not perfect, but much better than most. It is bone stock and never altered or molested in any way. It's V-8, 4 speed with power steering, power brakes and factory Air Conditioning. It runs very well with the exception of some minor carburetor issues due to old gas and long term storage. Everything works (even the emergency brake) but the radio, and the A/C doesn't blow cold. It drives, stops and starts nice, the engine has good oil pressure without any taps, ticks, knocks etc., the clutch works very well, all gauges work (see pics), the doors click shut, and the tailgate and rear hatch door are near perfect and both work very well. I'm the second owner(52)of this truck. It was sold new approx. 8 miles away from me. The original owner(93) had it repainted about 15 years ago, and the front floor boards were plated (decent job) and the entire floor was Rhino lined. Some of the clear has peeled on the hood and roof, and some rust has come through the rocker panels and there are areas around the grille and rear corners of the top etc. that the paint has come off and caused surface rust. The fenders, doors, roof, A pillars and quarter panels are all Very nice. Please check out the pictures and email me if you have any questions. I will gladly give you my number if you would prefer to talk on the phone. A dealer installed front grille guard and small electric winch are included with the sale. I will assist a transport company with loading etc., if the buyer can't be present at time of pick up. I do not wish to disclose the reserve price, but I'm not a dreamer, I believe it to be very fair for the condition of the vehicle. I'm just protecting my investment. I prefer the auction format because it gives everyone a chance to bid and buy. Therefore, I will not sell the vehicle before the auction ends. A $500 PayPal deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction's end time and the balance is due in cash or a cashier's check within 10 business days. I will store the vehicle inside for up to 30 days. You are more than welcome to view and drive this vehicle in person before you bid. Thanks for looking and bidding. Good luck, Brian
