We are selling my wife's 2014 Honda Civic LX sedan as we are upgrading to a 2006/2007 Lexus LX470. She'd originally leased the car and then ended up buying it. The vehicle is in excellent condition and we recently put over $800 to take care of everything for it's 30k tune up. As part of the 30k tune up we did the following: - drain and refill transmission fluid with Amsoil CVT fluid - drain and replace all brake fluid with Amsoil fluid - oil change with Amsoil Signature Series oil (so you won't need another oil change for a year) - replace coolant with Amsoil coolant - replace wiper blades with PIAA Super Silicone(best wipers on the market, should last at least 2 years) - replace cabin air filter with Bosch cabin air filter - replace engine air filters with K&N air filters (these are cleanable and can be reused so you never need to buy another air filter) The mechanic also checked the brake pads, rotors, and tires and said they look new and that they won't need to be replaced in the next 30k. The car has always been regularly maintained and serviced. It has always been parked in our apartment's garage. The carfax (listed here) shows two owners but this was just because my wife leased the car and then purchased it. My wife has been the sole owner since the car was new, we can provide documentation for this. There have been no accidents but my wife did scratch the side of the car when it was under lease on one of the poles in the garage and had insurance pay for it, hence the damage. The car was fixed with OEM spec paint at Honda dealership, we can provide documentation of the work as well. First three invoices show parts and work performed for 30k tuneup. The next two show repair bill for the scratch. Finally last two invoices show warranties the car has. First warranty is a bumper-to-bumper warranty with a $50 deductible until 6/14/2021 which does not cover wearables (tires and brakes) from Portifino. Second warranty has no deductible and covers minor body damage, 3 lost keys, tires/wheels, glass and roadside assistance until 6/14/2022 from Express 5.
