Surfing time is here, just rehabbed and finished this week a very hard to find shorty van with get this a 302 V-8 , automatic trans, power brakes , dual exhaust sounds good. number 6 of the Hang Ten series. I have done and sold here on eBay. This one is done with the Moon Eyes tribute , very cool , also has the Hang Ten surfer van logos. Will come with left over items from the build ie paint , interior side wall material, ect. the reserve is very fair as I don't like to relist and I have moved on to the next one. The van was stored at mom's as the son went to college but he never came back got busy with life until mom said it had to go, the way it was stored was done right other than it sat under a car port awning and the snow built up on the right side and sat on the running boards it use to have so the panel below the side doors and the front area behind the right wheel rusted ( they are available online at a low price and is a easy fix I would just go over the existing panels, this van will be a blast for low dollars will get more attention than a 40k show car. This was a high quality custom van build back in the day the ceiling and walls are high quality full insulation ect solid unit. I painted it in a satin moon eyes yellow and added the faux patina the fun thing is you will be able to add or change the patina as you wish, or repaint it the body is very straight for a 44 year old van. I have under van pictures available very solid floors ect but again the area it sat has some rust that really don't need repair. The engine is very strong ( I have great video of the first start up after 15 years of sitting under that at port it is impressive no smoke no problems .the trans shifts great , The power windows are inop and new systems are available on eBay for $ 139.00 and up ice box and sink has no drain. for water but can be done easy, has a six speaker system. Check out the surf board arm rest and engine cover with moon eyes logo. This would be a great advertising van for your business and I can change out the logs for you just give me a call for info on that or any other questions. These vans are a win win as they never deprecate they are getting harder and harder to find.
