I’m listing my 1959 Cadillac Sedan de Ville Flattop from my private collection. This numbers matching icon is a solid driver I use the odd time to pick up the kids from school. The kids call it the bat mobile. I had Batman stickers made for it during a fundraiser but they peel off easily. I’ve had it for several years and it’s been reliable car. This car was an original two tone pink and still has the original salmon colour headliner. Through the years It was painted white then repainted black. This is how I purchased it. The Interior was in good condition but I didn’t like the colour so I had it replaced with black and white vynal. When they stripped the Interior I checked the floors for rust and they were very solid with no repairs needed. The seats, the doors and the carpet were all done. I think it looks great. The dash pad was rough so there was a pad cover made for it. I have a replacement pad that was professionally recovered with an aftermarket skin I will include in the sale along with misc parts. All the power windows and power seat work. The rear windows are a bit slow when going up but improve as their being used more. The radio is a replication that has AM/FM but I have the original in the trunk. It has a hidden push button under the dash you need to push along with turning the key to start the car. I only drive it a handful of times in the summer. It’s parked in a heated garage. The paint is good but not perfect. There is little to no rust from what I can see. It drives good, like sitting on your favourite sofa, it kind of floats along. The previous owner replaced the speedometer head as noted in one of the pictures. There was suspension work done, wheel alignment, new exhaust, breaks, electric fuel pump, etc before I bought it.
