This is a non-running complete project car. I recently purchased it from the second owner. She bought it from the original owner with 5000 miles on it in 1972. He only drove it to the golf course and back. Car comes with all service records and original owners identification card issued from dealer. Service records are complete showing mileage readings up to the early 1980’s when the car was parked after the owner purchased a new Honda. The car shows just over 55,000 miles which is believed to be original. The car was last driven in 2010 when the owner sold her business along with the warehouse and had to move the Volvo to her home. Most recently (in the last 18 months) the car had been parked at a Volvo salvage yard / repair shop waiting for work to be done. The work was never started unfortunately and while stored outside some of the previous body repairs (done with sheet metal & body filler) started to “pop & crack” most notably along both rockers. The floors and frames rails will also need to be repaired or replaced. All the metal to do the repairs is readily available by multiple vendors. The interior of the car is all original and in good condition considering the age. This is a very original car with nice complete documentation. I hope somebody sees the potential. Car is color code Safari Yellow (100) with black interior (343-766). Engine is not stuck and turns by hand. Car rolls freely for transport. Has no working brakes.
