Up for sale is this incredibly well maintained and well taken care of 3rd generation 1984 Pontiac Trans Am 5.0L HO (L69 190 HP) with reactor system air injection hood, auto 4 speed 700R4 (option MX0 OD), 3.73 rear ratio, 9.50 diameter ring gear (Saginaw S.P.O) front and rear disc brakes, 94 amp alternator, heavy duty battery, and on and on. Loaded with special options including the aero package. All codes can be decoded on-line but I included a photo of the decoded options for your review. A picture of the vehicle's RPO codes (build sheet) is also attached. There are 65 different RPO options codes on the build sheet including the interesting (to me) and unusual "E6N" showing the car was built for export to Abu Dhabi. ZERO RUST!!!! It is a true survivor car with only 104k documented miles that is completely original (Vin and CA plate shown to see CarFax), never been wrecked or modified in any way. It has been garage kept all its life as the original graphics demonstrate. It sports it's original unmolested paint and all original graphics that are in incredible shape. All glass is in perfect shape. The unique rims were ordered along with many other special options and are in near perfect condition as are the center caps. The interior is perfect accept for two small tears on the driver's seat from getting in and out. I chose not to repair them as this vehicle is completely original and was not even detailed before photos or since. Looking at the interior, you wouldn't believe the car is 34 years old. It runs and drives perfectly. It shifts strong and runs great. I have driven it a couple hundred miles and it holds great oil pressure and the temperature is steady. All gauges, electrical and lights work inside and out. I rarely see an unrestored car of this age in such incredible condition and when I do I try and buy them. Like me, if you buy this car, you will not be disappointed. It does have new tires on it, has been freshly serviced, including the transmission which has had few miles put on it since. Just completed the A/C R134a retrofit (R12 replacement) and put on new compressor. A/C works great. The photo of the RPO codes show the large number of unusual options this car came with. It is an original California car and belonged to an elderly woman from the San Luis Obispo area (non-smoker, no pets). The car only has parking lot dings and has never been in any accidents. The completely original paint looks great as the pictures show. I just had this car checked out in the shop and there are no issues. You may look this car over top to bottom, bring your own mechanic or have a local shop inspect it. Come look at this car you will not be disappointed.
