Purchased this truck last year from a guy here on eBay saying it was lacking power.He drove it to me from Illinois.When I got it I figured out that it needed a high pressure oil pump.I replace it and it helped.It had sat all thorough winter without being plugged in or started.I went out and it fired right up.It drives down the road but runs rough.I believe it could use a couple new injectors.There isn’t any blow by.I changed the oil and filter and also the fuel filter when i first got it.Has 6 new tires and both batteries are around a year old.Antifreeze is clean and so is the oil.I drove it about 100 miles since I’ve had it.I also have an extra engine that is a 2004 as well.Its a reman motor with less than 40k miles on it.It has ARP headstuds already installed.Has egr cooler deleted as well.Has new oil cooler installed too.It was out of a van so you will need to swap oil pans and oil pickup tube before installing.I purchased it for another project as well but that again is going in a different direction.Buyer has option of purchasing it for an additional $2500.If not,they could just fix original engine.I have too many other projects and no room to work on anything.I have 6 vehicles and 3 garages full of stuff.Time to thin the herd.Would be a nice truck when fixed and much better than shelling out 25-50k for a newer one.Bottom of all 4 doors and cab corners are in great shape.Passenger side rocker panel has some rust.They can be replaced for around $50.Bed floor and sides are solid.Bed crossmembers have rust but have already purchased all new ones that will go with the truck.Tailgate and small spot on driverside rear bed have rust.It has the adjustable pedals,power locks,powerwindows and leather.A/C does work.I have lowered the price to move this.If it doesn't sell I will just move it to a friends barn and fix it someday,lol.
