Scammers, don't waste my time. 1987 FJ60 LANDCRUISER up for sale with additional misc. parts. and new parts! I have 100% feedback and have bought and sold numerous land cruisers and parts. Honesty is the only policy. This is the 4th Landcruiser I've had. Unfortunately my real job leaves me no time to work on this sweet beast. If you've never owned and FJ60, well, you should. They are beasts off-road, and just great daily drivers. I bought this as a project car, but can't give it the time it needs for restoration. I've restored one 60 and one 40, and know the time it takes for one person to restore a car, and I just don't have it. This Listing has NO RESERVE! Anyone who knows about FJ60's and the condition of this car plus the New Parts included, know this is a bargain. Lets get this out of the way first: THIS CAR HAS NO WARRANTY WHATOSEVER, AND NO WARRANTY IS IMPLIED OR GIVEN IN THIS LISTING. THIS AUCTION ITEM IS BEING SOLD AS-IS. THIS CAR NEEDS FULL-RESTORATION, IT DOES NOT RUN. Winning bidder is responsible for all transportation costs and hauling of car off my property. It will be located in an easy spot for a hauler to get it. Car is located in 66212 zip code, Overland Park, KS. What I know is not working currently: (could be more, could be less, I can't 100% accurately gauge everything exactly, just being honest to the best of my ability)- coolant overflow tank needed- brakes go to floor, haven't looked into exact reason why- clutch goes to the floor, haven't looked into exact reason why- driver's side door sticks from previous damage (previous owner had this in a barn and backed into it with farm equipment)- wiring harness needs replacement, no power in car currently- re-wiring in other areas needed, some wires cut before I purchased this 60- driver's side glass out of door, but not broken- I haven't heard or seen this car run at all, so I can't comment on mechanical running issues- front windshield cracked- oil pan: was in the process of taking pan off and replacing gasket, never finished this, but have gasket- front right leaf spring broke- throttle cable cut Cosmetic Defects I know of(could be more, could be less, I can't 100% accurately gauge everything exactly, just being honest to the best of my ability)- carpet is stained in front and rear- no carpet in cargo area- dents on outside of car, needs some body work- some rust areas on outside of car, needs some body work- dash cracked- front driver and passenger seats stained and frayed/torn- headliner sags a bit- surface rust on frame - bumper caps cracked/gone The good things about this FJ60- rain rails look awesome, some of the best I've seen- overall the body is pretty darn nice, minus driver's door, rear right quarter dent (easy knockout) and some rust hear and there- original wheels- only 157,159 miles- back bench seat fabric in nice shape- engine bay looks clean- drive shaft looks clean- axles look clean- engine block/head cover look good- ID/VIN plates good- Original Color Brown/Bronze Metallic- CLEAR TITLE- tailgate has no rust- pretty solid start to this already! New Purchases & Improvments that have been made(NOTE) some parts below have not been installed.- New 2F DeSmog Kit 8/80 - 8/87 from Man-a-Fre- New Felpro/Intake Manifold Gasket- New rubber mats for front, back and cargo area- New OEM shifter knob- New Weber 38DGES Carb, fuel line not connected yet. - New oil pan gasket- New oil pan plug gasket- New OEM oil filter- New NGK Spark plugs - not gapped yet- New Cat-Back Exhaust System from Man-a-Fre- New Dash Cap from Cool Cruisers- Re-painted side mirrors- Re-painted outside rear air vents- degreased engine and all underbody/frame with POR products- treated surface rust on frame with POR products- cleaned rear cargo floor area, removed carpet, painted with Herculiner (next step was adding in carpet pad and carpet)- cleaned and degreased oil pump, need to hook back up- Still have some of the smog parts - see all pics!- Replacement Wiring harness comes with the car that previous owner purchased PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTION YOU'D LIKE.
