This has been my personal truck for the last year or so. I am moving and had to buy a van so this rig needs to find a good home. It's a great vehicle and I'm sad to see it go, but there will be another some day. I bought this particular truck because I wanted a newer style pre-urea regular cab 4x4 and they are very difficult to come by. This is a sound example, has not seen road salt, It has been very reliable for me and I've gone through the few details it needed to make it a great pickup. These trucks are extremely durable and despite having a few miles, this one should be good for many years to come. exterior The paint on this pickup looks original except we touched up the front and rear bumper paint. They are likely original bumpers. The Carfax is clean, no accidents, paint all matches, doors open and close easily and everything lines up. There are no obvious dents. It has a smattering of nicks about the upper bed sides and a few tiny ones in the right door, and 1 in rear bumper, none are bad. It's a service truck and not perfect, but white doesn't show the wear and it looks just like the photos. I did the wheels when I bought it, tires have good even tread, about half life. The glass is good, no cracks. I put a windshield in it about 3 months ago. The bed is clean, I did the line-x when I bought it. Again, photos should show it well. interior The cabin is clean and well detailed. All seating and carpet was removed during detail, pressure washed, and laid down with new padding a week later. I did the seats again a few weeks ago and haven't really driven it since. They look great. The dash, doors headliner, etc, all fine. Everything works, heater, air, 4x4. There's a light that comes on the dash for tire pressure from time to time. I put in 4 new sensors when I bought it, but they just seem to have a mind of their own. I can replace or repair if you like. I run this truck at 50psi unloaded because she's stiff and only weighs about 6800lbs dry. The light is on at that point anyways. mechanic I haven't had to do much to the truck. I've changed the oil about 5 times, fuel filter and air filter done 5k ago, brakes were basically brand new when I bought it, and they're still super thick. I changed the t-case fluid, trans fluid and diffs look great. It doesn't puke any fluids, maybe just a tiny seepage around trans pan, but all important oil pan and timing cover aren't wet anywhere. The belt is ok, I did remove the egr cooler and service it, along with valve and fittings, have driven 1500 miles since that was done and no more light. It was pretty full of carbon, probably the original EGR. These trucks run cleaner than Fords so you don't have to service them quite as often. I can't think of anything else, I'd drive the truck to Alaska without worry, it's super solid. Also, never modded, bone stock truck. miscThis a sound pickup and I hope it finds a good home.
