Hello, I am offering a Honda motorcycle that I purchased in August of this year. This bike has sat for quite awhile, the last Pa. inspection was 1987. The bike was stored in a dry barn and that's where it was when I bought the motorcycle. The previous owner installed a new battery when he decided to sell the bike too me. He didn't have it running. I messed with it and it started easy after new gas and cleaning the points but it only runs with the choke pulled up on the carbs. The carbs will need cleaned but there is more. The exhaust is not original, the chrome is pitted, the paint is the wrong color and needs repainted. The seat has a split, the tach face is cracked and probably some other things that will need attention. The bike has 1969 numbers, the vin is CB750-1006738 and the engine is CB750E-1006349. On the CB750 website I found that this is an early number. The title has the year as 1970 but this could be corrected when you register the bike at the DMV. I believe an inspection mechanic has to ceritfy the year. This is an icon in the motorcycle market so look at it carefully, it needs work but it's not $20K.
