This Toyota van was sitting in about 24 " of water or about level with the bottom seat cushion. We did an oil change and verified   that the van runs & drives and appears to be mechanically sound. The navigation, A/C-Heater Controls, power windows, and Instrument Cluster all seem to be working properly, some of the electronics that got wet and arent working are the power seats, air bag computer and blower motor. We have made no repairs to this van and are selling   AS IS with a PA Salvge Flood title.
