For auction with low reserve is my nearly new Honda 2012 CBR 250 R that has been completely race prepped( Yet still retains all stock OEM street parts for the winning bidder). It has a total of 114 street miles since new and has yet to see the track. These miles were put on it on the street “around the block” as it was converted to race specs. The bike was purchased new and was then modified by adding a Yoshimura full exhaust system, Bazzaz fuel injection map and quick shift module. A Tyga triple clamp was added and custom painted hotbodies race fairing and body work was installed. The bike was completely safety wired as well. Suspension upgrades were then carried out with an Ohlins rear shock and Ohlins fork internals. Galfer wave rotors and race pads were added front and rear. New Pirelli corsa tires were added as well. Little weight saving hardware items such as exhaust mount were added along the way. A Sato racing black anodized rear set kit was added. The bike has never been on a track and only street ridden…..the bike has never been dropped or crashed but my son did knock it off the pit bull stand in my garage and a small hole was made in the race fairing. We had a friend repair it and it is slightly visible. Other than that this machine is in fantastic condition. The machine is sold with its original stock bodywork and associated parts. This bike would be perfect for someone wanting a great track day bike that is super fun on a technical track. I’m a mature professional adult in my 50s and have been racing and riding track days for years. I bought this machine to use at Jennings GP and Palm Beach International for track days and an occasional CCS race weekend in moto3 class. But as a busy professional working seven days a week for weeks on end I find I just don’t have time to use this bike, along with my other bikes and cars. It is just sitting here on a trickle charger taking up garage space. It needs to be track ridden or converted back to street and enjoyed. There is of course is a clean and free Florida title for the bike and as a bonus, the winning bidder will also receive a second set of racing body work (as well as stock street bodywork). The reserve is set at market value for the bike, so save yourself time and thousands of dollars in aftermarket parts and buy it set up as is for track or convert back to street and sell those parts if you don’t want to track it.
