Vehicle Detail
Seasons greetings! Up for sale is a 1970 Honda US90 ATC NOS Three Wheeler. This trike was the worlds first ATV and it forever changed the way mankind roamed the planet. This ATC has had exceptional exposure after its complete frame off restoration by Mike Palmgren who owns Vintage MotorSports (VMS) 508-303-5085, by being published in both May 2015 Motor Cyclist Magazine and in issue #6 of Moto Retro Illustrated Magazine. Mike is in a class all of his own when it comes to Honda three wheeler restorations, he is the only American to have his bikes in the Honda Museum of Japan. The above pictures pretty much speak for themselves, this bike is even nicer than when it came from Japan. Every part that could be replaced with NOS parts was been replaced. The two rear NOS tires alone are worth $3000 a piece. They are no longer manufactured and if you look closely you will see that the rim and tire are one piece so they can't be replicated. I have owned this ATC for over 10 years, it has never been started or ridden and has been stored in my climate controlled shop. At one time my friend Norm and I had the largest collection of vintage NOS and restored three wheelers in the world. As a little tease, I still own a crated 1986 TRI-Z 250 from Yamaha. I also, put the 1986 Honda 250R picture in with the US90 pictures to dazzle you a little. I'm a legit hard core collector that is slowly down sizing to a more manageable portfolio. This is the only reason that I am willing to sell this piece of ATV art by Mike. The reserve is on par with what you see. The '90 is also listed for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. The trike is sold as is with no warranty and any bidder with a low feedback score I will cancel their bid, so serious bidders only please! Good luck and thanks for viewing my add. 770-548-6467 On Dec-09-17 at 18:44:47 PST, seller added the following information: PS. The air pump pictured mounted on the frame does not come with the bike...they are a $1000 option...I just had a bidder ask so I want all other bidders no know as well! Thanks
