1965 Corvette Coupe - a true barn find. This time capsule has been off the road since the late 70's. I own a restoration shop and can restore the car if you like. That's an option but not a requirement for this auction. This is a numbers matching 327/300 HP 4 speed car. Original color is Nassau Blue with blue interior. The car is mostly complete with the exception of the front bumper, rear calipers, and a few trim pieces for the interior. I'm sure the person buying this car realizes that most of the parts will need to be restored or replaced. I have never tried to get the engine to fire so assume a complete rebuild. The car does roll. The body is actually in decent shape. No major cracks or checking/ seam issues. I have not looked at the bird cage in detail, only through the glove box. I did see some rust but not clear if it is significant or not. The frame is in good shape in the front of the vehicle but there are a few "soft spots" in front of the rear tires. I believe they can be repaired but it's up to the new owner if they want to replace the frame or repair the original one. I will be happy to address specific questions throughout the auction through phone, face time, whatever you like to ensure that you are making an educated decision. Nothing to hide here.
