1971 Demon. Original 318 car. Has California plates, and clean title. Was a factory 3 speed manual, but now has a automatic 904 with a floor shifter. Still has the manual bracket with brake pedal. The motor fires right up, and runs and drives fine. No smoke or lifter noise. Has a new water pump, and rebuilt starter. 26'' Radiator with shroud and 7 blade fan. Dual exhaust. New drive-line and u-joints. Manual steering and brakes. Bucket front seats, and cloth rear seat. Has a 8-3/4 with 11" drums in rear. A few dings and dents, but very solid. Some body work was started years ago by previous owner, with installing patch panels from a donor car, in the lower quarters. Inner rear quarter on left side still needs a patch piece welded in. The spare-tire well was also replaced in the trunk. Frame rails are all solid, no rust. Front rails are torn a bit by the large hole, probably from a tow hook. Need tlc here and there, but there's no bondo or cancerous rust. Body doesn't have any blisters or bubbles. Floors are very solid. Has a couple of extra holes drilled behind front seats, from a racing harness bracket that was removed. The grill, bumper and valance are nice. All the body glass channel rails are solid with all the trim clips. Glass is all original and in good shape, but could use a new windshield, due to a small crack in the corner. The front windows roll up and down easily, and back coupe windows pop out and latch. Needs to have the lighting wiring and gauges hooked up. Gas tank is clean, but will need another tank strap. (only has one holding tank in place). All the headliner bows, seat belts, including the shoulder strap, both sun visors, all the window trim, headlight buckets with bulb ring, all there and in good shape. 14'' tires are like new. New idler arm and alignment.Door hinge pins are excellent, no slop. The drivers door latch sticks a bit when opening from the inside. Hood scoops are mounted in the factory location on the hood. Does not have the large intake hole drilled though yet.. Includes another complete Dart 340 dash, that has a better black dash pad, nice defrost registers, original radio, and a complete wiring harness. Correct power brake system, with proportioning valve, and bracket. Extra set of 70-71 fenders. This model only made for 2 years.
