You are bidding on what I believe is a 1948 cj2a. It was purchased new by the previous owner and used as a farm vehicle. Although I was told it’s a 49 based on the vin 164922 I believe it to be a 48. The engine with vin 177720 was recently rebuilt so it’s in excellent running condition. Although it’s not restored it has been cleaned up a bit, very little rust for its age. Excellent Jeep to use at a camp site or recreational vehicle. I use it as a work vehicle around my property but I’m looking to get a tractor or atv. No reserve auction so good luck.
