Up for sale is a One-of-a-Kind 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT with only 7,179 original miles! We got the privilege of talking first hand to the previous owner of this truck. He told us he was a recovering cancer patient and has a very high sensitivity to any possible odors or smells. He told us this truck was his baby so he parked it in the highest spot in the drive to avoid the flood waters in Houston. He watched as the water came up to the tail pipe but no higher as the truck was parked in his driveway. After the waters receded he continued driving his truck as normal but thought that every time he turned the A/C fan on he smelled something. Because he has a high intolerance of any funny smells he called his insurance company. They came out and looked at it and said even though no water got inside the truck it was possible some came up through the A/C firewall drain tube thus the smell when he turned on the fan. They totaled it out of customer service so he could get a new truck. We got the truck into our shop and found it to be in excellent condition. No water got into the engine or transmission and the interior is in mint condition. The A/C smell wasn't very bad but to be safe we replaced the cabin air filter, and deodorized the HVAC blower system. This truck truly is One-of-a-Kind it runs & drives smoothly, is mechanically sound, and has no dash warning lights on.
