Hello. You are bidding on a 1988 IROC Camaro with 5.7 V8, 700R4 auto Transmission and posi rear. This was a one family owned car, Original owner/father passed away I purchased it from the son, a Chevrolet mechanic. I am the second actual owner on paper. Original owner was also a mechanic at Chevrolet. This car was originally purchased and driven in California and was recently transported up to Oregon. It was stored indoors and not fired since 2006. It was recently pulled from storage and had a new gas tank, Chevy fuel pump/, filter and sending unit installed so fuel system has been completely gone through. Fluid in the rear was changed out, transmission was serviced, and oil changed using Mobil 1. Chassis was lubed also so this car is ready to drive and enjoy. The only thing it needs at this point is a fresh set of tires and the a/c recharged. A/c worked when parked and the tires have tread but are just old and should be replaced for safety sake. Everything else mechanically works well and as it should. The car runs and drives excellent! BODY/PAINT/INTERIOR: I doubt you will find a much cleaner or unmolested IROC than this one. Never an accident, no rust, doors hang and shut perfect, original seals on the car are still soft and pliable. All glass is excellent. Original paint has never been resprayed or touched up so what you see is what you get in the pictures. Nothing hiding, no bondo, excellent floor pans and undercarriage. Even the wheels are in excellent condition. Interior as you can see is excellent original with zero issues. No fading, rips or tears, no damage everything works, tilt wheel is tight.
