My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4. The Expedition is based off of the rugged and reliable F-150 truck, so it's no wonder these SUV's last so long. The exterior of this Expedition would rate as AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. This is a good looking truck overall. It is finished in red and tan two tone over gray leather interior. The finish shows some fading from age but is acceptable. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. On this specific Expedition, you can see some visible damage to the grill above the left headlight. Also, there is some usual rust on the rockers...including some rust through on the right dog leg. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well for their age and are wrapped in a nice set of rubber with good tread all around. Please check out each of the photos carefully. The interior of this Expedition would also rate as AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age and are not excessively worn. The leather seats show minor wear and are comfortable. The power windows, locks, seats and mirrors all work properly. The audio system sounds good. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air. Rear passenger room is generous. Access to the 3rd row of seating is easy and accommodating. When not in use, the 3rd row is easily removed to open up a cavernous about of storage capacity. Again, please take your time to check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Expedition appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.4L V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. You can hear a little exhaust leak, but it doesn't sound like manifolds. It sounds like it is under the truck where the down pipes bolt to the cat pipes. I haven't noticed any leaks and the engine does not smoke. She's got the normal "Triton Tap", which is normal as these trucks age. Her road manners are good for an older truck. You can feel and hear a little rattling around in the back so you may have a bad shock or something back there. The suspension feels fine, otherwise. Steering and braking feel good. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. She feels strong and smooth. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. The 4WD system is tested and working properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding. Vehicles left longer than 14 days without prior written permission may be assessed a storage fee of $10/ day. Storage fees will be deducted first from any monies paid to Liberty Auto Exchange. Non-Paying Bidders: We take what we do very seriously and ask that potential bidders take placing their bid just as seriously. Non-Paying Bidders will be assessed a re-listing fee of $249. This fee is considered due and payable, without demand, to Liberty Auto Exchange on the 8th day from the end of the auction. Non-Paying Bidders will be reported to eBay, blocked from bidding on future auctions and may be referred to our Collection Agency for credit reporting and fee recovery. Fees and Taxes The only fee we charge is the $149 Administrative Fee that is also disclosed in the first sentence of the written description. Because we sell with NO RESERVE, we have no way to control how much (if any) money we make per vehicle. This fee helps us isolate a few of our fixed, per transaction expenses in a way that is fair to everyone. The winning bidder is responsible for paying all required fees to their respective state of origin.
