1976 Triumph TR-6 Roadster For Sale: 1976 Triumph TR-6 roadster. This car has been parked in a local area garage since 1995. It was kept warm and dry over the years. The original owner passed away in 1997 and his wife shortly after. The car then went to his brother, in which he also stored and covered it up. He recently passed away and his family needed to move the car. That’s how we were able to acquire it. The car is very solid and retains 98% of its original parts. We have fired her up and it sounds great. This car only needs what you would expect with a car stored this long. For example, the brakes and hoses should be gone thru. Also, any belts should be replaced. She will need a new top, but all the bows and top mechanism works great. The paint still shows well, with just a touch of patina. If you watch these cars, you already know that the restored examples fetch between $25,000 and $35,000. I think I outright stole this car and I am selling it dirt cheap for a quick sale. Cars in this original condition don’t come along every day and I’ve put a very low “Buy it Now,” for such a nice sports car! Only 60,000 miles and selling with a Bill of Sale only.
