BlueWhiteTV is selling their production van to buy a bigger one. A true gem, we are only the second owners, the first being the ABC affiliate in Traverse City, Michigan. This Econoline-styled V10 Triton is in GREAT shape and has only 62,500 miles! We have taken very good care of it and used it for the first season of live broadcasting for the network. Since we have gone to all preproduced programming, we don't need this truck...we need something that plugs and goes with our studio. Replaced the brake lines in March and there are four basically new tires on it -- which include a warranty. The fifty foot mast (controlled from inside) is run from any of three power sources (generator, running vehicle, external) and air compressor. In fact,we thought about keeping and turning it into either a party/tailgating truck or a hunting truck, but the boss said "nope". The turret on top features an infrared camera and a regular camera and can move in every direction for the internal work station. Also comes with an easy-to-mount 5,000 watt LED daytime light that has been used to assist the police at accident sites. Our kids played football under these lights one night. Also has a handy flag pole mount so your allegiances can rise 50 feet into the air at a game, while shooting or while in the middle of nowhere. Also comes with a CB station that was used by the ABC affiliate to track and communicate with police and fire rescue. We've never used it. It works. The truck is really more useful for live stuff if you go the production route, but for the price, it would be a great truck for so many different applications. you could also part out the small pieces, including the on board computer. It runs and drives GREAT! We will tune up the generator and repair the sensor on the ABS (brakes work fine nonetheless). No rust we can find on top. Has been garage kept its entire life and will make a great, fun vehicle for someone with a creative sense of things. Ask questions BEFORE you bid.
